taste and gourmet profile. Fancy quality are tender, with a mild flavor suitable for eating alone or in cold recipes. Standard
quality are excellent for pizza or other cooked dishes.
All anchovies are kept in refrigerated storage. Shipped dry.
A darker brown with a more salty taste and harder texture. Excellent on pizza or in other cooked dishes.
