also known as gordal or colossal olives, are fat, fleshy and larger than manzanilla olives. These meaty
olives are stuffed with a pure anchovy paste made from anchovies (Engraulis Spp) aged for flavor and
texture in Lezo (Guipúzcoa) and ground into a paste without any other ingredients. An excellent tapa.
Ingredients: pitted green queen olives, water, salt, anchovy, monosodium glutamate, lactic acid, citric acid, l-ascorbic
acid, sodium alginate.
