"The bleu cheese olives were dull dull dull - taste-wise. Small olives (I requested GIANT olives) and the bleu cheese was so blah it was
impossible to even detect cheese flavor. Very very disappointed. Will NOT use/recommend this merchant in the future."
Response from AJ Gourmet... I am sorry you were disappointed. We did not receive your request for "giant" olives. If size is an issue, we
recommend queen olives, which are larger than manzanillas.

"My wife found these blue cheese stuffed olives nearly 2 years ago on vacation. After they were gone, I tried every brand of blue cheese
stuffed olives I could find and none even came close to these. 2 weeks ago we were on vacation at the same place only the store didn't
have the olives. The store owner remembered them and gave me the brand information. With a little searching I found you and ordered a
half case. I was so excited when they arrived, they tasted as good as I remembered. These are the best olives."

"Nothing makes a martini like good olives. I have tried many olives but when a friend intoduced me to Novia del Sol's Manzallia Blue
Cheese stuffed olives, I realized these were exceptional. Not sharp like some olives but smooth and flavorful, these Spanish wonders
make a prefect garnish and compliment to a martini. Tantalizing, they are great right out of the jar. These olives come with my highest
recommendation, I am confident that once you try Novia del Sol's Manzallia Stuffed olives, you will settle for nothing less."

La Novia del Sol Specialty Stuffed Manzanilla Olives stuffed with Blue Cheese, imported from Spain. These manzanilla finas, the highest
quality available of the most popular Spanish olives, are not the standard manzanilla or queen stuffed olives you'll find in most stores. From
the Aljarafe region of Spain, they are hand picked and carefully sorted to proper size, stuffed with blue cheese (cabrales) from the Picos de
Europa in the Asturias and packed in artisanal quality brine. A hand made mixture of cow's milk seasoned with goat's and sheep's milk,
matured over several months, results in a distinctive blue cheese.
