La Novia del Sol Specialty Stuffed Manzanilla Olives stuffed with Blue Cheese, imported from Spain. These
manzanilla finas, the highest quality available of the most popular Spanish olives, are not the standard
manzanilla or queen stuffed olives you'll find in most stores. From the Aljarafe region of Spain, they are
hand picked and carefully sorted to proper size, stuffed with blue cheese (cabrales) from the Picos de
Europa in the Asuturias of Spain and packed in an artisanal quality brine. The cheese is a hand made
mixture of cows milk seasoned with goat and sheep's milk matured for several months, resulting in a
distinctive blue cheese like no other.
Blue cheese stuffed olives make an excellent addition to salads, pastas and martinis.
Ingredients: green manzanilla olives, water, salt, blue cheese, flavor enhancer (E-621), acidulants (E-270,
E-330), antioxidant (E-300).
