Extra fine lilliput capers have a subtle flavor suitable for garnishes, salads and meat and fish dishes. While capers are the unopened bud,
caperberries are the fruit of the caper bush. The berries have a less intense flavor than smaller non pareil and lilliput capers and can be
used in salads and pasta or eaten as an appetizer like olives. These non pareil capers are handpicked, cleaned and fermented in brine
prior to strict sizing and packing in a high quality wine vinegar. Spanish capers have a brighter, fresher taste than capers from other
countries.
