Ventresca de Bonito del Norte Ortiz White Tuna Fillets
Conservas Ortiz Bonito del Norte White Tuna, imported from Spain. Each tuna is line-caught to maintain
texture and flavor, certified as not harvested with a purse seine net nor in a fishery causing regular or
significant injuries to dolphins. Packed in oil, each variety has an unrivaled flavor. The ventresca, or belly,
fillets are the most tender cut of tuna, revered by sushi chefs across the globe.

Conservas Ortiz practices sustainable fishing using fresh, live bait and trolling techniques. They prepare
their white tuna in Ondarroa, northern Spain.
